কিভাবে নিলাম কাজ করে
স্বচ্ছ ধাপে ধাপে নির্দেশিকানিলাম প্রক্রিয়া
- 🖼️ বিক্রেতা পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করবে ছবি ও বিবরণসহ।
- ⏰ ক্রেতারা নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে বিড করবেন।
- 🏆 সময় শেষে সর্বোচ্চ বিডকারী পণ্যটি জিতে নেবেন।
- 🚚 পেমেন্ট ও ডেলিভারি প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিয়মে সম্পন্ন হবে।
বড় পণ্য (অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট/গাড়ি/বাইক/দোকান)
- ⚠️ বড় পণ্য সরাসরি অনলাইনে বিক্রি করা হবে না।
- 📅 ক্রেতাকে আগে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুক করতে হবে।
- 👥 বিক্রেতার সাথে দেখা করে পণ্য যাচাই করার পরেই চুক্তি হবে।
- 🏢 এই ধরনের লেনদেনের জন্য আলাদা "Appointment Marketplace" সেকশন রাখা হবে।
📜 নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী
সবার জন্য স্বচ্ছ নীতিমালা🧩 সাধারণ নিয়ম
- ✅ সকল ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক ও সত্য তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
- 🚫 প্রতারণামূলক, ভুয়া বা অবৈধ পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করা যাবে না।
- 🔄 নিলাম বাংলা যে কোনো সময় নিয়ম পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করতে পারে।
🛡️ ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
- 🔎 বিড করার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ ও ছবি ভালোভাবে যাচাই করতে হবে।
- ⏳ সর্বোচ্চ বিড জেতার পর পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে।
- 📣 কোনো সমস্যা হলে বিক্রেতা বা প্ল্যাটফর্মে রিপোর্ট করতে হবে।
🧰 বিক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
- 📝 পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ, ছবি ও অবস্থা উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
- 📦 পণ্য ডেলিভারি সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
- 🛡️ ভুয়া বিড বা প্রতারণার বিরুদ্ধে রিপোর্ট করার সুযোগ থাকবে।
⏰ নিলাম প্রক্রিয়া
- 🕒 প্রতিটি নিলামের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা থাকবে।
- 🏁 সময় শেষে সর্বোচ্চ বিডকারী পণ্যটি জিতে নেবেন।
- ❌ বিড করার পর তা বাতিল করা যাবে না, যদি না বিশেষ কারণ থাকে।
🚫 নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
- 👤 ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা।
- 📧 স্প্যাম বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য ছড়ানো।
- 🛠️ প্ল্যাটফর্মের নিরাপত্তা ভঙ্গের চেষ্টা করা।
⚖️ প্ল্যাটফর্মের অধিকার
- ⛔ নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা যেতে পারে।
- 📜 প্রতারণা বা অবৈধ কার্যক্রমের বিরুদ্ধে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
- 🏛️ প্ল্যাটফর্মের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হবে।
ক্রেতা ও বিক্রেতা সুরক্ষা

- 📅 বড় পণ্যে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক।
বিক্রেতা সুরক্ষা
- 🧾 ক্রেতার তথ্য যাচাই করে শেয়ার করা হবে।
- 💳 পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
- 🛡️ ভুয়া বিড/প্রতারণার বিরুদ্ধে রিপোর্টের সুযোগ।
- 👥 বড় পণ্যে সরাসরি সাক্ষাৎ নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
🔐 KYC যাচাইকরণ নীতি
বিশ্বাস ও নিরাপত্তাআমাদের ক্রেতা, বিক্রেতা এবং পুরো মার্কেটপ্লেসকে সুরক্ষিত রাখতে আমরা মাঝে মাঝে বিক্রেতাদের KYC (Know Your Customer) যাচাইকরণ সম্পন্ন করতে বলি।
কেন KYC গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
- 🛡️ KYC আমাদেরকে প্রতারণা কমাতে এবং একটি বিশ্বাসযোগ্য কমিউনিটি গড়ে তুলতে সাহায্য করে।
- 🤝 দয়া করে ধৈর্যশীল ও সম্মানজনক থাকুন—এই যাচাইকরণ আপনার এবং সবার নিরাপত্তার জন্য।

যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়া
- 📋 আপনি KYC জমা দেওয়ার পর আপনার অবস্থা হবে পর্যালোচনায় রয়েছে (Under Review)।
- ⏳ এই সময় আবার জমা দেবেন না। আমাদের টিম যত দ্রুত সম্ভব যাচাই করে উত্তর দেবে।
- ❌ যদি তথ্য ভুল হয় বা নথি অকার্যকর হয়, তাহলে আবেদন বাতিল হতে পারে।
ন্যায্য ব্যবহার / স্প্যাম প্রতিরোধ
- ⚖️ সবার জন্য সিস্টেম ন্যায্য রাখতে বারবার স্প্যাম জমা সীমিত করা হতে পারে।
- ⛔ প্রয়োজনে, বিক্রেতা সাপোর্ট/অ্যাডমিনের সাথে যোগাযোগ না করা পর্যন্ত নতুন KYC জমা বন্ধ রাখা হতে পারে।
গোপনীয়তা ও নিরাপত্তা
আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করি। আপনার নথি শুধুমাত্র যাচাইকরণ এবং বিশ্বাস ও নিরাপত্তার উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা হয়।

- 🏢 অ্যাপার্টমেন্ট/দোকান: মালিক বা এজেন্ট নির্ধারিত শর্তে তালিকাভুক্ত করবে, সরাসরি ভিজিট আবশ্যক।
- 🚗 গাড়ি/বাইক: রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও কন্ডিশন ডকুমেন্ট সহ তালিকাভুক্তি, শারীরিক যাচাই আবশ্যক।
- 📌 এ ধরনের বড় পণ্য সরাসরি নিলামে যাবে না — আগে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুক করতে হবে।
প্রক্রিয়া
- 📅 ক্রেতা প্ল্যাটফর্মে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বুক করবে।
- 👥 বিক্রেতার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ ও যাচাই সম্পন্ন হবে।
- 🖊️ যাচাই শেষে চুক্তি ও লেনদেন সম্পন্ন হবে।
